$70,000 - $75,000 per year - Associates
$75,000 - 85,000 per year - Licensed
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30 pm (2 nights until 7pm) Flexible schedule

Embark Behavioral Health is looking for a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist who aligns with our mission of reducing tween and young adult anxiety, depression and suicide to staff an OP, IOP and PHP clinic opening in Denver Metro Area. As a child - young adult and Family Therapist, you will be supported by an experienced Executive Director, Clinical Director and Administrative Team that are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families.
Responsibilities:
Meet treatment standards through implementation of required notes and MTP standard requirements.
Meet desired program goals through implementing and meeting outcomes testing and standards.
Ensure program completion and discharge requirements are met for all students.
Discharge plans for all students should be completed and reviewed with students and family members.
Support the implementation of a Service Project program at the clinic. Support client’s service project planning, create space for service project discussion in group, individual, and family therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
Required:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent
Fully licensed in state of Colorado
Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (CSW,) Clinical Mental Counseling (CMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or a related discipline.
A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual, family, and group therapy.
Required -Two years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Preferred - One year of experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.
Ability to pass a state background check
