CDC has a full-time opportunity in-person for a *General Dentist at our Rochester clinic.* This position serves as an integral part of the clinical team in providing quality, caring clinical dentistry in a comfortable, culturally-sensitive environment. We are seeking providers who are passionate about our mission!
\*\*We are offering a *$10k* relocation bonus, a *$5k *sign-on bonus, as well as a *$30k *retention bonus.
\*\*We are eligible for multiple student loan reimbursement/forgiveness options
*General Dentist Responsibilities:*
* Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients
* Provide a patient-centered approach and culturally competent care
* Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
* Conduct examinations of teeth and surrounding tissue utilizing diagnostic tools, including medical and dental histories, dental radiographs, diagnostic casts
* Provide patient education in proper oral healthcare and various treatment options
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic records
* Maintain compliance with state, federal and clinic guidelines and protocols
* Keep up with new developments within dentistry, continuing education and licensure
*Rochester Clinic Hours:*
* Monday/Tuesday: 7:50am – 3pm
* Wednesday/Thursday: 7:50am-5pm
* Friday: 7:50am-2pm
*General Dentist Qualifications:*
* Licensed with the MN Board of Dentistry
* CPR/AED Certificate
* Experience working with culturally diverse communities
* Demonstrated expertise in dental software
* Ability to quickly adapt within a fast-paced work environment
