Taskmaster is proud to support schools and care homes in the Yorkshire area, and we're excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team on an ongoing temporary basis.
A valid enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role. We can apply for one on your behalf.

Duties
- Assist patients with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and mobility support as required
- Support the implementation of personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Monitor patients' health and report any concerns or changes in condition
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and patient progress
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Drive or accompany patients to appointments or outings as required, ensuring safe transportation
Requirements:
- Evidence of Care Certificate completion
- Good spoken and written communication in English
- Evidence of practical moving + handling training
- Evidence of mental health awareness/mental health capacity training
- Knowledge of care plans and understanding of healthcare procedures is beneficial
