Night Supervisor – Pharma Inbound & Outbound Operations
Location: Milton Keynes (MK13)
Hours: 21:30 – 06:00, Sunday to Thursday (full flexibility required)
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Night Supervisor to lead and oversee pharmaceutical warehouse operations during the night shift. You will manage inbound and outbound activities, ensure compliance with GDP/GMP standards, and take full operational responsibility for the site overnight.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise night-shift teams across inbound, outbound, pick/pack, and dispatch
Maintain full operational control and decision-making during night hours
Ensure pharmaceutical products are handled in line with GDP/GMP, temperature control, and security requirements
Drive productivity, accuracy, and SOP compliance
Provide clear communication and detailed shift handover reports
Support staff training, coaching, and development
Maintain site safety, security, and incident management
Ensure stock accuracy through audits, checks, and system updates
Oversee replenishment and stock control to reduce discrepancies
What We’re Looking For:
Supervisory experience in logistics or pharmaceutical distribution (not essential)
Strong understanding of GDP/GMP and temperature-controlled logistics
Confident decision-maker with strong communication skills
Comfortable working autonomously
Competent with WMS systems and reporting tools
