Location: Grimsby,Immingham & Hull (with travel between sites)

Role Overview
Blue Tower Group is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Health & Safety Advisor to support our operations across multiple sites in Grimsby, Immingham and Hull. This part-time role is ideal for an experienced professional who can provide practical health and safety guidance, ensure compliance with legislation, and promote a strong safety culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide competent health and safety advice to managers and employees across all sites
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring actions are followed through
- Develop, review, and update risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work
- Support accident/incident investigations and produce reports with recommendations
- Ensure compliance with current UK health and safety legislation and best practice
- Deliver toolbox talks and support health and safety training where required
- Liaise with external bodies, contractors, and enforcement agencies when necessary
- Promote a positive health and safety culture across all locations
Essential Requirements
- IOSH qualification (e.g. IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Health & Safety advisory role
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential for travel between sites)
- Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
Desirable (but not essential)
- NEBOSH Certificate or working towards it
- Experience in industrial, logistics, construction, or similar environments
- Previous experience working across multiple sites
