About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance & Industrial Cleaning Operative based in Immingham. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a mix of outdoor and industrial cleaning work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grounds maintenance tasks such as grass cutting, strimming, and weed control
- Industrial cleaning in commercial and industrial environments
- Operation of cleaning equipment and machinery (training provided)
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism on-site
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license (essential)
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- IPAF certificate (preferred but not essential)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and within a team
