Poultry Crew Member – Full-Time, Permanent
Work Pattern: Includes weekends
Location: Dereham, Norfolk (travel to multiple farm locations)
Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum (first year)

The Role
We are looking for a Poultry Crew Member to join our Clients dedicated team supporting multiple poultry farms. Reporting to our Dereham office, you will travel to farm locations to assist with essential poultry care and farm maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling poultry – selecting, vaccinating, weighing, and relocating birds
- Cleaning and disinfecting farm buildings, equipment, and vehicles
- Ensuring strict adherence to animal welfare and biosecurity protocols
- Cleaning and maintaining bird cages and transport crates
- Working within a team to support farm operations
Salary & Benefits
- £31,000 per annum + generous overtime rates:
- 1.5x pay after 39 hours (including Saturdays)
- 2x pay on Sundays

About You
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Flexible with working hours, including early mornings and weekends
