Hygiene Operative – Night Shift
Location - Norfolk
Monday to Friday, 18:00 to 03:00.
Salary: £32,500
Own Transport Required due to the location and working hours.
ISQ Recruitment is seeking for a Hygiene Operative to join one of our food (non-meat) manufacturing clients in Norfolk.
As a Hygiene Operative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the factory environment, which is essential for the smooth operation of production. This position is ideal for individuals who have experience in industrial cleaning and are committed to ensuring a safe, clean, and organized workplace.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a clean and hygienic environment within the factory to support smooth production operations.
- Perform cleaning tasks across the factory, including equipment, machinery, and production areas, following hygiene standards.
- Help maintain a safe and organised workplace by ensuring all areas are properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Follow all relevant safety and hygiene guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

About you:
- Physically fit and able to thrive in a demanding environment.
