Who You Are You are a qualified Social Worker with at least three years of post-qualification experience, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment. You have experience in delivering high-quality social work services to children and young people with disabilities. You are registered with Social Care Wales and possess a solid understanding of current legislation and policies relevant to supporting individuals with disabilities. What the Job Involves The role involves providing a direct social work service to children and young people with disabilities, adhering to national and regional guidelines with an outcome-focused approach. You will work with service users, their families, and other professionals to assess needs, plan and review care while safeguarding individual rights. The job requires you to respond to safeguarding concerns, carry out investigations, and maintain accurate records. You will also participate in professional development and contribute to team meetings to improve service delivery.
