On-Site Manager at Wantisden Park Glamping SiteLocation: Wantisden Park, Fenn Row, Wantisden, Woodbridge, Suffolk, IP12 3PJContract Type: Full-time, Live on-siteAbout Wantisden ParkWe are an adult-only glamping site on the Heritage Coast providing luxury pods with wood-fired hot tubs and electric and non-electric pitches for camping. It is open all-year round except over Christmas and six weeks over January and February.Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Site Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure that all aspects of the site run smoothly.This role involves: • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs and any general guest queries or issues whilst on site.• Communicating with the cleaning and linen companies to ensure a smooth check-out / check-in process.• A hands-on approach to maintain the site including groundskeeping, prepare hot tubs and keep shared spaces to a high standard.• Monitoring of security and quick response to any incidents on site.• Supervising seasonal staff during high season.Requirements • Flexibility and availability to work weekends and Bank Holidays.• Able to relocate to provided housing on site.• Good customer service and communication skills when dealing with guests.• Practical skills for maintenance tasks.• Ability to plan daily tasks and keep up-to-date records of site facilities and equipment for Health & Safety.What We offer The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary with company vehicle and paid accommodation on site.How to ApplyPlease send your CV and a cover letter outlining your experience and suitability to the role by clicking the 'fast apply' button.
