We are excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic and compassionate EYFS Teacher to join a vibrant and forward-thinking mainstream primary school in Enfield. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education to our youngest learners, fostering a love of learning from the very start of their educational journey. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for EYFS pupils

Create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes independent learning and exploration

Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback and tailored support to ensure individual growth

Develop strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Collaborate with other EYFS staff to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to teaching and learning
Essential Skills & Experience:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)

Experience teaching in EYFS, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being and development
Desirable:
-
Experience with leading or contributing to phonics teaching

Knowledge of the statutory assessment requirements within EYFS (e.g., the Early Learning Goals)
