As an *Audit Senior Manager*, you will lead and develop a high-performing audit team while managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee and manage the audit process for a varied client portfolio
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of auditors
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic advice and insights
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and deadlines
* Contribute to business development and growth initiatives
*Skills & Experience:*
* *ACA/ACCA qualified* (or equivalent)
* At least *seven years' experience* working within a *UK practice environment*
* Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
* Proven leadership experience in managing teams and client relationships
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
