*Key Responsibilities:*
* Managing a portfolio of private clients, providing high-quality tax advisory and compliance services
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering strategic tax planning advice
* Supporting junior team members and fostering their development
* Keeping up-to-date with tax legislation and ensuring compliance across client accounts
* Collaborating with other departments to provide a seamless client experience
*Skills & Experience:*
* *CTA qualification* is preferred
* At least *5 years experience* working within a *UK Practice environment*
* Strong technical knowledge of private client taxation
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
* A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
