*Key Responsibilities:*
* Leading and managing the audit department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
* Driving business development initiatives and contributing to the firm’s growth strategy
* Overseeing the planning and execution of audit assignments, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
* Mentoring, developing, and managing the performance of audit staff
*Skills & Experience:*
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
* Proven experience in leading and managing audit teams
* Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills
