Key Responsibilities: Set and control stock count procedures for Wine and Beverage inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records and enter stock data into the computer system. Conduct spot checks, weekly inventory checks, and ensure stock rotation in the fridges. Investigate and report on stock variances. Supervise Storeman and ensure correct store issues to various areas. Manage purchase orders for incoming equipment, supplies, and services. Order beverages based on par stock levels, identify requirements for new stock items. Verify receipts and confirm the accuracy of purchase contents and orders. Ensure timely deliveries and prevent overstocking or underordering. Monitor inventory levels and restock when necessary. Compile inventory and supply balance reports. Audit stock holding areas to ensure adherence to stock control procedures. Skills & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in business or related field advantageous). Minimum of 2 years experience as a stock controller, receiver, or similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Advanced Excel). Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain precise records. Highly organized, goal-oriented, and a team player. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective strategies. Excellent interpersonal skills to work with management and staff at all levels. Valid Code 08 Drivers License.
