Full job description
Logistics Company in Springfield Park is seeking a HR/Payroll Administrator.
Qualifications/Experience required:
- Grade 12/Matric
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Diploma / Degree in HR
- Experience with RMA / MIBCO / NBCRFLI is a plus
- Sage payroll knowledge
- Knowledge of BCEA/BBBEE/EEA
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Thorough understanding of payroll principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities include:
- Record keeping: Update and maintain payroll records including attendance, overtime, and meal allowances
- Payroll processing
- Maintaining employee contracts and leave management
- Generating payroll reports
- Preparing files for hearings
- Maintaining HR compliance with Labour Laws and company policies
