Technical Knowledge : Understanding of system design or development projects; knowledge of ERP systems (especially Oracle) is a plus. Communication Skills : Exceptional facilitation and communication abilities to collaborate effectively and convey complex ideas with clarity. Analytical Mindset : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and craft impactful solutions.
