Senior Residential Children's support workers required Job descriptionSenior Residential Support worker - Children's ServicesYou will be providing key therapeutic support to some of the most vulnerable and hard to reach young people in our communities.Many have experienced real trauma and often abuse or been subject to extreme circumstances.You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £40k per annum inc sleep ins and your rota will allow for true work life balance.It is essential that you have experience in support work with Children and Young people. You will need to have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Heath and Social Care or Children's residential services.
