You are also expected to facilitate referrals/signposting as appropriate to suitable primary health/EAP/client well-being, maintaining knowledge of the agents and employee throughout. In this role, you will manage your day-to-day caseload, including minor illness and minor injury, immunisations, travel health, and health promotion.
