Interim Manager Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Interim Manager with a background in LD management and ideally, nursing experience, to support our clients service. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and passionate individual to oversee the service, supporting the regional manager and ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day management of the service.Lead the turnaround efforts.Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all residents and staff.Foster strong relationships with staff, residents, and external stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.Ensure compliance with CQC and Local Authorities Essential Requirements:Extensive experience in LD management, with a proven track record in a similar role.Ideally, nursing management experience.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both staff and residents.Ability to manage change effectively, with a hands-on, solution-focused approach.
