Commercial Property Valuer MRICS

A great opportunity has come available for a Commercial Property Valuer in London for an established practise. The client is seeking someone who holds an MRICS & Registered Valuer status as well as 4-6 years experience.
Your new role
- Valuation of commercial properties including portfolios - primarily offices, retail, mixed-use including residential element and industrial in London
- Independent preparation of valuation reports within agreed timescales and in compliance with client SLA's primarily for secured lending in addition to taxation, pension funds and accounting
- Valuation of land for commercial and mixed-use to include the provision of development appraisals where applicable
- Acquisition and disposal surveys
- Take accurate measurements of sites and properties in accordance with the RICS Code of Measuring Practice
- Record file notes in a format acceptable to PII insurers and corporate customers including photographs of the subject property, floor plans & site notes
- Value properties by applying expert knowledge and awareness of the local property markets
- APC guidance to more junior team members
What you'll need to succeed - MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status are essential
- Between 3-6 years PQE
- Full UK driving license
What you'll get in return Offering a Salary ranging from £50,000 - £60,000+ depending upon experience.
