The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, particularly focusing on Psychiatric patients. These positions requires a strong commitment to patient welfare and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

*Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive medical care to Adults, Adolescents and children, ensuring their health and wellbeing is prioritised.
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' conditions, formulating appropriate treatment plans.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with organisational policies.
* Participate in clinical audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
* Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care strategies.
* Stay informed about the latest developments in paediatric medicine and best practices.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in providing patient care, particularly with children, is essential.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour in challenging situations.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
* GMC full licence to practise
* Approved Clinician status (Desirable)
* Section 12 approval (Essential)
* Specialist Registration in Psychiatry (CCT, Desirable)
