Are you on the job market looking for a new challenge with different exposure? My client is looking to employ a Mechanical Resident Engineering with extensive open cast mining experience. The post will be based in the Northern Cape. The ideal candidate will direct and co-ordinate the provision of Engineering services to the mining operation to ensure maximum operational availability.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
- B.Eng./BSc. (Eng.) Mechanical Degree
- Government Certificate of Competency Mechanical
- MBA/MBL
- Professional registration with ECSA
- 10 years’ experience in Mining Engineering
- 5 years’ experience in a managerial role
- 7 years in mining
- At least 10 years’ open cast mining experience
