Key Responsibilities Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and branch organization. Customer Service: Assist clients with queries, provide product information, and guide them through the purchasing process with empathy and professionalism. Sales Coordination: Manage orders, follow up with clients, and ensure timely product delivery. Financial Oversight: Handle invoicing, payments, and basic financial reports. Team Support: Work closely with staff to ensure operational efficiency and a supportive work environment. Requirements Proven experience in administration, customer service, or a related role. Minimum Grade 12 Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). A compassionate and understanding approach when working with clients.
