We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in maximizing revenue, securing bookings, and building strong relationships with clients. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and following up with clients. Maintain an organized database of potential and existing clients. Respond to inquiries and provide information about the hotels services, rates, and packages. Booking and Contract Management: Process group and individual reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to client preferences. Prepare and manage contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and other related documentation. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front desk, catering, and housekeeping) to ensure all booking details are executed flawlessly. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after their stay or event. Handle client requests and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Conduct follow-up calls/emails to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track and report sales performance, including room bookings, events, and revenue. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Assist in preparing presentations for management and sales meetings. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote hotel packages, events, and services. Coordinate with the team to organize and participate in sales campaigns, site visits, and networking events. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, reservations, and sales activities. Assist in preparing sales materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items. Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and client site tours. Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service (hotel sales experience is a plus). Skills: Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, or Salesforce). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
