Our client is a leading provider of IT Solutions in the dynamic field of Network, Application and Security Analytics, with consistent and sustained growth over their 17 year history. As independent consultants, they help their clients to choose the right tools to monitor and control networks, apps, infrastructure and security across on-premise, hybrid and cloud environments.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Build a strong commercial and technical understanding of the company’s products.
- Discover relevant opportunities within their target market and introduce their company as an expert solution provider (via Telephone Sales).
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, especially managing personal time and productivity.
- Support marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
- Consistently book introductory meetings (web and face to face) with target market prospects to be attended for external sales colleagues.
- Review feedback received from colleagues on meeting quality and implement agreed suggestion to ensure continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with partners, prospects and customers.
Skills/Experience:
- At least 3 Years B2B Internal Sales Experience in an IT/Tech environment
- 2 years’ experience selling technology to IT Departments would be an advantage.
- A preference to work in a non-scripted environment directly engaging with C-suite level prospects in a natural and consultative manner.
- Experience working on sales enrichment & intelligence technology, any CRM experience.
