We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Officer to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting talent with opportunity and contributing to a positive hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records of recruitment activities.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates during the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Requirements:
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) is essential. A Diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management or Administration will be beneficial.
- Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven recruitment or HR-related experience is required.
