The Enterprise Architecture Governance and Process Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the Strategy & Architecture team's efforts to align IT projects and solutions with Ardagh Group strategic objectives. This role involves managing and maintaining EA tools, repositories, and documentation while also assisting in coordinating EA processes and communications.
Role Requirements:
- Enterprise Architecture Exposure: Candidates should have prior experience in an enterprise architecture function, with a demonstrated understanding of core governance processes and principles.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a similar role, showcasing practical skills in governance and analytics.
- Skills in Reporting: Proficiency in generating reports and analyzing data using tools such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools is essential. This includes creating pivot tables, graphs, and dashboards for various stakeholders.
- Tool Management: Experience with maintaining Enterprise Architecture tools is required. Familiarity with tools like LeanIX, Ardoq, Bizzdesign, or Sparx EA is beneficial. The role involves ensuring the EA tool remains up to date and managing application owner contributions.
- Independent Work: The candidate must be able to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and seek assistance only when necessary.
