Key Responsibilities
Investigations and Disciplinary Hearings: Conduct thorough investigations, preside over disciplinary hearings, and represent the company at CCMA cases.
Housekeeping and Employee Performance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, monitor employee performance, provide training and coaching, and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures.
Productivity and Time Management: Oversee team productivity, manage time effectively, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, oversee stock management systems, and implement controls to prevent shrinkage and damages.
Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with finance to forecast supply and demand, develop inventory control models, and implement strategies to reduce costs and lead times.
Customer Orders and Deliveries: Ensure timely delivery of customer orders, supervise warehouse maintenance, and optimize routes for drivers.
Safety and Housekeeping: Enforce safety protocols, maintain a clean work environment, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Leadership and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience overseeing staff. Excellent understanding of the supply chain.
Salary: Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year , depending on location and qualifications.
