Our Client
Based in Dublin, the tech centre of Europe, they are a dedicated group of experienced, passionate, and knowledgeable cloud solution specialists. They use this knowledge to craft unique solutions that help companies grow, diversify, consolidate, or automate what they do, with a particular focus on Netsuite & Sage ERP solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Pick up potential lost opportunities from attendees to webinars, events, and other lead generation channels.
- Drive new customer acquisition growth by making outbound calls and conducting outreach campaigns to prospective businesses.
- Qualify opportunities – Qualify all sales opportunities provided via lead generation channels and provide regular feedback on the performance of leads.
- Account management – Work closely with Business Development Managers during the handover.
- Target – Responsible for achieving monthly/quarterly new business targets for meetings.
- CRM and pipeline management – Track all calls and communications in CRM and manage all sales pipeline tracking and target reporting.
- KPIs – Qualifying on-profile clients and booking meetings as directed.
Background & Experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a SaaS B2B sales role.
- A background in sales of ERP and accounting software (e.g., Sage) is beneficial.
- Proven experience within the professional services sales arena securing meetings through outbound activity ranging from warm leads to cold outreach within an ABM (Account-Based Marketing) framework.
- Strong English written ability and excellent business communication skills are essential.
- Experience working with CRM databases (e.g., Hubspot or Netsuite).
- Be organized and self-aware, consistently following up on leads and planning ahead.
- Target-driven and able to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- A good understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be beneficial.
- Background in technology sales, international exposure, and consulting will be hugely desirable.
