We are on the hunt for a dynamic Product Owner / Manager to take ownership of a key business system that sits at the heart of our commercial success. This role is all about leading the strategic direction, development, and execution of a high-value system, driving growth and delivering products that blow expectations out of the water.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the charge: Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product, aligning with business goals to unlock maximum value.
- Innovate and execute: Collaborate with business teams to enhance performance, refine features, and create seamless experiences for customers.
- Drive data-driven decisions: Use customer insights and product performance metrics to optimise strategy, refine roadmaps, and achieve real, measurable results.
- Own financial success: Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and capitalise on opportunities to ensure profitability and growth.
- Lead from the front: Champion your system, driving clear direction and strong collaboration with stakeholders, users, and development teams to exceed performance measures.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in product manager/owner, or related fields.
- Senior leadership experience? Even better.
- A degree in Business, Engineering, or Product Management is a plus.
