HR Lead
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Lead to manage and enhance our human resources operations.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience with proven skills in employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policy implementation. As the HR Lead , you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and foster a productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Management :
- Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with leadership to plan workforce needs and succession strategies.
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent and manage onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
- Employee Relations :
- Act as First Point of Contact: Handle employee concerns and provide solutions.
- Foster Positive Work Environment: Resolve conflicts and mediate issues effectively.
- Performance Management :
- Manage Performance Reviews: Identify employee development needs and implement training programs.
- HR Policy and Compliance :
- Develop and Update HR Policies: Ensure alignment with labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement :
- Boost Employee Morale and Engagement: Design and execute initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
- HR Data and Reporting :
- Maintain HR Records: Generate reports on key metrics, such as turnover, absenteeism, and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
