Duties: - Perform detailed cost analysis for various departments and projects, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and aligned with the companys financial goals.
- Assist in the development of accurate budget projections and quarterly forecasts, providing financial insights to guide business strategy.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend cost-effective solutions to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present accurate and insightful financial reports related to cost accounting, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Manage inventory cost structures, monitor stock levels, and analyse material usage to optimize working capital.
Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: - A BCom degree, plus an Honours degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: - A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar cost accounting or management accounting role, with a solid understanding of cost allocation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
