- Deadline driven environment requiring experience to be solutions driven in a high-pressure global FMCG enterprise
DUTIES - Relationships management with of distribution teams and inhouse executives
- Develop brand strategy for the regions market ensuring everything is aligned with multiple stakeholders
- Marketing management working with Distribution Teams establishing brand planning for deadlines in order to drive best performance in SA market
- Engage with business managers ensuring timing is ad hearing to from all perspectives
- Sign off on marketing brand strategies
- Execute and drive commercial and brand equity results
- Manage marketing brand cohesion and consistency and Activation excellence
- Analyse marketing results driving improvement and supply Best Practice excellence to the region
- Alongside the Market Director, evaluate competitive activity and performance in the market-place
- Create initiatives for smaller brands
- Support day-to-day marketing Distributor brand managers across the portfolio
- Ensure that distributor presentations and reports meet company standards
