EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 3 years sales experience preferable from the special event and construction industry.
- Positive attitude, high energy and motivational levels.
- Great team player.
- Good personal, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Presentable and confident at all times.
- Valid drivers licence.
- Knowledge of area an advantage.
- Self starter and customer focused.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
- Call on existing, new and opposition customers.
- Formulate, call and plan cycle as well as daily call reports.
- Manage own time.
- Meet targets and monthly deadlines.
- Grow Sanitech brand.
- Build and maintain relations in order that Sanitech becomes the preferred supplier.
- Prepare quotes with accurate costing and follow-up.
- Call on building sites.
- Formulate a project pipeline and keep it updated.
- Handle complaints and queries.
- Work closely with other departments (Operations/Admin and accounts).
- Must be able to communicate with staff and customers at all levels.
- Network with other companies within the Waco Group.
- Assisting with general branch duties from time to time.
