Your new role
You will assist the team in application management, your duties are as follows:
- Assisting with answering queries regarding any processes to do with the application process.
- Liaising with teams within compliance, VISA management and HR where appropriate.
- Communicating with applicants to ensure all required criteria are met to fulfil applications.
- Ensure all procedures and protocols are followed.
- Assist with circulating media via newsletters, webinars, blogs, social media etc.
What you'll need to succeed - Organised individual who can handle their own workflow.
- Past professional experience with administrative/secretarial duties.
- Good communication skills to ensure efficient cooperation across teams.
