Launch: Early Career Leadership Program – R&D Track opportunity to offer your first assignment as a R&D Specialist in the R&D Organization. Your base location will be Germany (Neckartenzlingen), Switzerland (Bern) or Belgium (Olen), and you will experience at least one other Belden EMEA location during the Launch Program.
- Contributing to our R&D team from day one as a R&D Specialist or in a similar role
- Working on a role rotation basis and having the opportunity to get exposure to our different businesses and sites
- Besides different roles in your base country, you will have the chance to work on projects in other EMEA countries
- Connecting with peers from other Belden functional leadership programs as you participate in a highly interactive and action-based learning curriculum.
- Building your knowledge of our core business systems, developing your business acumen, and creating a strong foundation for your R&D and leadership skills.
- Receiving individualized feedback throughout the program along with mentoring support of a leader in Belden
- Passion and enthusiasm - You are ready to take on a challenge
- Education – You have a Master degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management or similar
- Leadership aptitude – You have the desire to build a management career in R&D
- Professional experience - You completed at least two relevant internships, or have less than one year working experience
- Languages - You are fluent in English and have a basic level of German/French, further languages are advantageous
- Mobility and flexibility - You are willing to relocate and are mobile to rotate to other European countries
