We’re now expanding into the insurance sector. Based in Sandton, we’re looking for driven individuals to join us as commission-based recruiters and help grow our insurance team.
Position: Commission-Based Recruiter
Locations: Countrywide (National)
Responsibilities:
1. Recruit and onboard talented insurance sales agents.
2. Conduct interviews to assess and identify top talent.
3. Maintain a minimum of 5 successful recruitments weekly.
4. Handle administrative tasks, including paperwork, banking deals, and follow-ups.
5. Collaborate with the sales team for seamless agent integration.
Requirements:
1. Strong interviewing and communication skills.
2. Recruitment experience, ideally in insurance or sales.
3. Ability to work independently and in a team. 4. Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for talent acquisition.
5. Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is a plus.
Remuneration:
1. R250 per individual recruited. (Ts and Cs apply)
2. 10% commission on deals banked by your recruits.
