ICT BUSINESS PARTNER (M/W/D)
- Development, implementation and maintenance of Salesforce ServiceCloud solutions, SAP CS module and Salesforce/SAP service processes
- Troubleshooting existing solutions and providing user support
- Maintaining technical documentation and providing training
- Completed studies in the field of IT, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the area of Salesforce, preferably Field Service Lightning
- Certification as Salesforce Administrator or Field Service Consultant desirable
- Basic understanding of Salesforce automation and customisation
- Basic understanding of SAP CS module would be seen as a benefit
- Experience in managing projects
- Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of German and Finnish is an advantage
