Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Cape Town (Hybrid: In-office & Remote 3 days per week)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. This is a full 360-recruitment role supporting our US-based client. The successful candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top-tier talent while managing the recruitment process end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various industries.
- Write and post compelling job adverts on appropriate platforms.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other networking channels.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and evaluate their suitability for specific roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and ensuring expectations are met.
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress.
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of interviews and assessments with candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and client information.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends to provide clients with valuable insights and advice.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full 360-recruitment, ideally for international clients, with a focus on the US market.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools, including ATS platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with employment laws and practices in the US is advantageous.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate US time zones.
