The role:
Supporting the sales team by identifying and generating new business opportunities and working to expand growth within their current customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Phone calls to customers & prospects to identify new opportunities
- Using customer data and working with internal account managers to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Booking visits with new and current customers to generate new leads and opportunities
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with current and potential customers
- Working to keep customer information and data up to date within the Sales CRM and other tracking tools
Reports & KPI’s:
- Number of customer calls made per month
- Number of meetings booked per month
