Reporting to the Principal Electrical Engineer, your work will cover some of the following:
- Create detailed electrical drawings (2D & 3D) for building services, lighting, power distribution, and more using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers and architects to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Review project specifications and sketches to ensure every detail is captured.
- Modify designs to optimize functionality and reduce production challenges.
- Conduct site investigations and support inspections to ensure project success.
- Train and mentor junior draughting staff, fostering growth and excellence within the team.
- Prepare "As Built" drawings to reflect the final implementation of projects.
What were looking for:
- Certificate from a recognized draughting institute
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with basic Revit exposure (additional Revit training will be provided).
- At least 3 years of working experience in electrical draughting, preferably from a consulting firm.
- A core focus on draughting in electrical building services.
- Capability in mechanical draughting is a huge bonus.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
- Strong general IT ability: Word and Excel.
- Willing and able to conduct site visits and inspections as required.
