My clients in Centurion are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to manage relationships with our most important clients. They are the front runners in Slurry Pumps. This role involves building and maintaining long-term customer connections by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to ensure mutual satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing trust, expanding client relationships, resolving issues, and acting as a communication link between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a background in business administration, sales, or a related field, ensuring our business achieves sustained growth and success.
Education: - Matric Certificate.
- Technical Certificate will be beneficial
- BSc/BA degree in Business Administration/ Management / Marketing/ Sales beneficial.
Job Experience & Skills Required: - Proven sales experience as key account manager will be advantageous
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Syspro or SAP ERP knowledge will be advantageous
- Ensure planning tools, report and systems are timely and accurate
- Communication between internal and external stakeholders within production environment
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
