METAL FORMER
We are recruiting for an experienced Metal Former to work for our client who are based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
THE DUTIES:

Stainless steel strips are to be bent or formed into various shapes using a modified hand bending tool.

Using hand bending tools and checking into a production jig.

Manipulating metal into desired shape.

You may be required to perform stamping, bending, forging, extrusion, and rolling duties.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:
THE HOURS:
The working hours are 40 hours per week, with flexible start times between 6am – 9am.
Overtime is available when required.
THE PAY:
The pay is an hourly rate of £13 - £14 to start, once fully trained, the pay can be up to £17 per hour. This is with overtime being paid x1.5.
