Responsibilities
Maintain high quality standards within the service including Care Inspectorate grades
General running of the service ensuring operations are smoothly run
Building and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
Managing the services budget
Keep staff motivated and maintain a positive working environment
Recruitment support with HR team
Staff rotas and keeping records up to date
Following policies and procedures at all times including risk assessments and H&S
*Previous experience in a management position
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience and knowledge in dementia
SVQ4 Health and Social Care
Management qualification
Chistian committed
*Motivating attitude to maintain staff morale
