EC&I Design Engineer – Greater Manchester – Permanent - £35-42k + private health insurance
Samuel Frank is recruiting for an EC&I Design Engineer with around 2-4 years experience to join a growing North Manchester based systems integrator / controls solutions provider.

Key aspects of the EC&I Design Engineer role include;

EC&I Design works will cover Low Voltage distribution, Extra Low Voltage Distribution, Control Systems, Instrument Monitoring Systems, sensors, transmitters and auxiliary systems.

IET 18th Editions – essential
-
Ideally Degree qualified, open to HND level qualification in a related subject

Role will be mainly office based with occasional trips to site to conduct surveys

Knowledge of CAD to include use of AutoCAD as well as ideally having experience of Microstation, AMTECH ProDesign and/or Dialux

Interpreting and developing Electrical and Instrumentation design drawings; to include single line diagrams, block cable diagrams, loop drawings, layouts, hook ups and general arrangement drawings

Carry out Electrical & Instrument design calculations

Office hours 8-430pm Monday-Thursday and 8-2pm on Fridays based on a 37.5hr workingweek
