About the role
The Curriculum Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a curriculum area team to ensure the delivery of high-quality adult and tailored learning and be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of a quality assured curriculum offer. The post holder will line manage both permanent and associate tutors and performance manage all aspects of the curriculum. Part of a small senior management team, the Curriculum Manager will work proactively to deliver a locally responsive offer that maintains high quality as defined by the new OFSTED framework and carries meaningful impact on the working, family and community lives of learners in Haringey.

About you
Someone with strong leadership and management skills, with a robust knowledge of adult or Fe education. Someone with significant experience of curriculum leadership, design and development and strong belief in quality assurance. Someone who will work in a team, is creative, innovative, solution focused and an active listener. we are looking for someone with the right qualifications: teaching qualifications level 4 or above, with Leadership and management experience and ideally qualifications. About the team
Haringey learns is the post 19 adult and community education provider for Haringey Council. we deliver predominantly from Wood green but are actively working on taking adult education to the residents in the community. We are committed to play a key role in ensuring Haringey residents are offer high quality education which leads to good work and skills and is progressive, widens participation and fundamentally responds to local needs
