What We’re Looking For
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid UK NMC Pin.
Proven experience in mental health hospitals or acute inpatient care settings.
Comprehensive knowledge of mental health conditions, evidence-based treatments, and current mental health legislation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
A team player with leadership qualities and the ability to foster a collaborative, therapeutic environment.
A compassionate, empathetic approach with a non-judgmental attitude toward patients’ needs.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Patient-Centred Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' mental health needs using recognized tools.
Personalised Care Plans: Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans tailored to patients' needs, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
Medication Management: Safely administer medications and monitor their effects, ensuring any changes are documented and addressed promptly.
Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver evidence-based interventions that support patients’ recovery and promote emotional well-being.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly review and evaluate patients’ progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Family Engagement: Collaborate with families and caregivers, providing education and support to ensure they feel informed and included in the care process.
Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
