Standalone HR Manager within an SME

Paying up to £55,000 plus benefits. Hybrid working (1 day per week from home)
A growing West London company are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This exciting new role will involve the following duties for a current team of 50 staff:

HR operations administration

Implementing HR policies and procedures

Reviewing of compensation and benefits
-
Collating of payroll information for outsourced provider

Management of employee relations and performance reviews

Creating and fostering culture and values
-
Supporting the design and development of HRIS
-
Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
-
HR Projects
To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills and experience:
-
Ideally standalone HR experience within an SME environment
-
Strong hands-on experience across HR operations
-
Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice
-
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems. Ideally some experience in supporting system implementations
