About the Role
The Client Services team is the critical link between new and existing clients and the firm’s legal departments, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of client inquiries. Supporting offices across Manchester, Liverpool, and London, the team is instrumental in delivering impeccable customer service, fostering client loyalty, and driving repeat business and referrals.
As a Client Services Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential new clients, representing Our Client and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This is a fully office-based role at their head office in Spinningfields, Manchester.
Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service across various channels, assisting clients with their legal inquiries.

Accurately process client information and inquiries using the Proclaim case management system.

Collaborate with legal departments to escalate inquiries and manage feedback efficiently.

Maintain a detailed understanding of the firm's departments and services.

Organise workloads effectively, ensuring all tasks and mailbox inquiries are completed daily.

Evaluate and onboard new clients, including providing accurate quotes and conducting Know Your Client (KYC) checks.

Support legal teams with matter opening and case administration.

Adapt to the evolving needs of the team and wider business.
About You
Essential:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities and the capability to prioritise workloads effectively.

Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.

A proven track record of achieving or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
